Publisher’s party attracts elite Philadelphians

PGN publisher Mark Segal and partner Jason Villemez once again hosted their annual holiday party. In lieu of gifts, guests were asked to compete in a creative competition to make ornaments for their hosts’ Christmas Tree — Segal’s first in over a decade. The winner was Chris Bartlett's crude-but-clever play on current affairs, created of thumbtacks and sugar packets, called “Sugar Tacks.”
